Global Illumination gets stuck on "Preparing Bake" when pressing "Generate Lighting"
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “Test Project” project
2. Open the “Scenes/BreachsideTown” Scene
3. Open the Scene category in the Lighting window
4. Set the “Lightmapper” value to “Progressive GPU”
5. Press the “Generate Lighting” Button
Expected result: The Lighting is baked without any issues
Actual result: The Lighting baking is stuck on the “Preparing Bake…” task
Reproducible with: 2021.3.22f1, 2022.2.17f1
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.47f1, 2021.3.21f1, 2023.1.0a1, 2023.1.0b14 2023.2.0a11
Reproducible on: Windows 10
