[GLES3][LWRP] Shadergraph shaders are displayed incorrectly on built player
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open QA attached project
2. Make sure that Graphics API is set to GLES3
3. Build & Run to a mobile device or to PC, Mac standalone
Expected result: lwrp shadergraph should not cause rendering artifacts
Reproduced in: 2018.3.1f1
Not reproduced in: 2019.1.0a12, 2018.2.20f1

Not reproduced in: 5.2.3, 5.1.0, 4.0.1 ,3.0.0
