[GI][Windows] ShaderLab::TexEnv::SetTextureInfo crash when changing Indirect Intensity
Repro scene:
1) Open the project and only scene in it
2) Change Indirect Intensity in General GI
3) Notice the crash
N.B. Crashed appeared when imported the same project from 5.2.3p3
Reproduced in: 5.4.0b5; 5.4.0b2
No repro: 5.3.2p3
