Precision issue in the shader when using objects scaled down to 6.8e-05
How to reproduce:
1. Download attached project file and open "Test" Scene
2. Select "Rubik's cube" in Hierarchy Window
3. In Inspector Window change Transform Scale from 6.942349e-05 on all axis to 6.711264e-05
Expected result: The lighting should be rendered correctly
Actual result: A large model is scaled down ( 6.8e-05 in scale) in the scene where the lighting is calculated incorrectly
Reproduced with: 5.6.4f1, 2017.1.2p2, 2017.2.0p1, 2017.3.0b7, 2018.1.0a2
