[GI] Light probe jumps around randomly near stretched billboard particle system
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and import attached project. (LightProbe.zip)
2. Open scene: main
3. Simulate particle system "Anubis Eyes" in editor
4. Inspect how light probes act
Expected result: light probe stays in its place and does not move.
Actual result: light probe jumps around randomly.
Reproduced on: 5.4.0b12, 5.3.4f1, 5.2.4f1, 5.1.4f1
