GetObject failed to find Object for Library Representation error after changing video importer
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Select video file in project
3. Change importer version to Movie Texture (Legacy) and apply changes
4. Change importer version to Video Clip and apply changes
Actual: Following error appears in console:
GetObject failed to find Object for Library Representation
UnityEditor.DockArea:OnGUI()
Expected: Error shouldn't be thrown
Reproducible: 5.6.0b5, 5.5.6.0b11, 5.6.0f1, 2017.01a3
Not reproducible with 5.6.0b4

Active pretty regularly in 2017.2 ... Haven't ever changed my exports though. and haven't had this error before this version.
