GetNameOfFocusedControl returns an empty string when using SetNextControlName on some EditorGUILayout fields
Repro steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Main Menu -> Tools -> Control Test
3. Set focus on the field "Bool" and right click it
Expected: The name that was set with SetNextControlName appears
Actual: GetNameOfFocusedControl returns an empty string and "Unknown" is displayed
Reproducible with: 2017.2.3p3, 2017.4.9f1, 2018.1.9f2, 2018.2.5f1, 2018.3.0a9
Notes:
- Also happens with the x, y, z.. fields of Vector2, Vector3, Quaternion, Rect
