Geometry burn-in artifacts are visible when running a Web Build and GPU Resident Drawer is enabled

How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "IN-135450" project
2. Build and run for Web
3. Click Play
4. Wait for the cutscene to finish
5. Press escape key and select settings
6. Set the graphics quality settings to high
7. Walk to the fence(using WASD keys)
8. Move the mouse to the left
9. Observe the device screen

Actual result: Geometry burn-in artifacts are visible
Expected result: No visual artifacts are visible

Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a16, 6000.0.70f1, 6000.3.10f1, 6000.4.0b11, 6000.5.0a8
Could not test with: 2023.1.0a10 (Stuck on Initial Database Refresh)

Reproducible on: macOS 26.3 (M1 Max)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
