“Generate New” menu is missing “Terrain Layer” entry as Terrain Layer generation is available in the Editor
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project using a 3D Universal Template
2. Install Unity AI package
3. Once installed, in toolbar press on “AI” button to open a dropdown menu
4. Navigate and open “Generate New” menu
5. Observe the menu
Actual results: Menu is missing “Terrain Layer” section as it is possible to generate Terrain Layers
Expected results: Menu is not missing “Terrain Layer” section
Reproducible with versions: 1.0.0-pre.20 (6000.3.3f1, 6000.4.0b3 6000.5.0a4)
Can’t test with versions: 6000.0.65f1 (No AI packages)
Tested on (OS): Ubuntu 24.04, macOS Silicon Tahoe 26.0
