[General] Terminate Unity Player is never executed when an infinite loop that increments an integer is running in IL2CPP without sleep
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Build and Run
3. Attempt to close the Player
Expected result: The Player closes successfully without hanging
Actual result: The Player gets stuck unresponsive and does not close
Reproducible with: 2022.3.56f1, 6000.0.35f1, 6000.1.0b3
Reproducible on:
Windows Standalone Player
Not reproducible on:
Play Mode
Testing environment: Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note:
- Only reproducible with IL2CPP and is not reproducible with Mono

Resolution Note:
IL2CPP currently relies on all managed threads shutting down at player exit. If a thread is in an infinite loop it will prevent the player from exiting.
