[GearVR] Unity Splash screen hang then load
1) Download the attached project
2) Revert your unity version to a Personal edition if not already in Personal edition (We need the unity splash screen)
3) Ensure VR mode is enabled
4) Build and run the project and deploy to a gearVR supported android device.
5) Plug the phone into a headset
6) Observe then splash screen
7) Now observe the grey quad hang before loading the first scene. This is the bug.
