GameView Bottom pixels are cut off when it has Rounded corners
How to reproduce:
1. Open "SampleScene" Scene in the attached "MissingBottomPixels.zip" Project
2. Change the aspect ratio on the Game View to 4:3 or any other
3. Expand the game view so it does not stretch anymore to the top and to the bottom
4. Slowly drag the GameView from the Bottom outline until it cuts off the part of the View
Expected Behaviour: The gap between the black bar and the bottom of the GameView should remain proportional
Actual Behaviour: The part of the gap is cut off
Reproducible with: 2018.3.0a3, 2018.4.1f1, 2019.2.0a8, 2019.2.0b4, 2019.3.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.27f1, 2018.3.0a2
Note: Could not test on newer than 2019.3.0a2 because the issue does not reproduce with our new UI. Also, the artifacts appear in the corners when resizing the GameView.
