[Enlighten] GameObject's illumination flickers when clicking on the Step button and the Profiler window is open
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "Bug lightmap" project ("Unity lighting bug.zip")
2. Load SampleScene
3. Open the Profiler window
4. Enter Play mode and click the Pause button
5. Make sure the Scene view is visible
6. Click on the Step button in the Toolbar
Expected result: no GameObject's illumination flickers
Actual result: Sphere GameObjects illumination flicker
Reproducible with: 2019.4.21f1, 2020.3.1f1, 2021.1.0b12, 2021.2.0a9
Could not test with 2018.4 (the project breaks when downgrading)
Note: the issue is also visible in the Game view, however, it is not as consistent as in the Scene view

Resolution Note (2021.2.X):
I was unable to reproduce this issue in the latest 2021.2 build (2021.2.2f1 at the time of writing).
Keep in mind that some delay is expected, as Enlighten systems take some time to initialize. This could manifest itself when switching scenes, and/or when skipping frames in the Profiler window.

I'd like to add that this is not just flickering in the Editor.
The issue is that on some computers, the GI will stay dark and this is happening on the executable making the real time GI feature unfit for distribution.
