GameObject Icon is not visible
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Create an Empty GameObject
3. Select any Icon for this GameObject
4. Observe the Scene View
Expected result: The Icon is visible
Actual result: The Icon is invisible
Reproducible with: 2021.3.18f1, 2021.3.19f1
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.45f1, 2021.3.17f1, 2022.2.6f1, 2023.1.0b4, 2023.2.0a2
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro, macOS 13.0.1 (Intel)
Note: When the GameObject has a Collider, deselecting the GameObject shows its Icon
