GameObject cannot be renamed when right clicked and a different Editor window is in focus
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
- Create a new GameObject (GameObject > 3D Object > Cube)
- Click on the newly created "Cube" GameObject
- Click somewhere in the Inspector window or any other window
- Right-click the "Cube" GameObject and select "Rename"
- Observe the Hierarchy window
Actual results: Nothing happens and the "Cube" GameObject is not being renamed
Expected results: The "Cube" GameObject can be renamed
Reproducible with versions: 2023.3.0b1, 6000.0.50f1, 6000.1.8f1, 6000.2.0b7, 6000.3.0a1
Not reproducible with versions: 2022.3.62f1, 2023.3.0a19
Tested on (OS): macOS Silicon Sequoia 15.5
