Game View's scale doesn't revert back when switching platforms with Free Aspect Ratio
Repro steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Observe the Game View's scale slider
3. Switch build target to Android
4. Move the Game View's scale slider to the far left
5. Switch back to standalone
Notice the change in the Game View
6. Adjust the slider a bit
Actual: Game View's scale change accordingly when switching platforms
Reproducible with: 2017.3.0a1, 2017.4.17f1, 2018.1.0a1, 2018.1.0b2, 2018.2.0a7, 2018.2.20f1
Not reproducible with: 2018.1.0b4, 2018.1.9f2, 2018.2.0a6, 2018.3.0a1, 2018.3.1f1, 2019.1.0a1, 2019.1.0a12
