Game View toolbar dropdowns open at different positions when different elements are selected in the dropdown
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
- Open the "Display 1" dropdown in the Game View toolbar
- Observe the dropdown position
- Select the "Display 8" option in the dropdown
- Open the "Display 8" dropdown
- repeat step 3
Actual results: The dropdown is opened in a different position
Expected results: The dropdown is opened in the same position
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.56f1, 6000.1.16f1, 6000.2.1f1, 6000.3.0a5
Tested on (OS): macOS Silicon Sequoia 15.6

This is the regular behavior of all menus used in dropdowns and using OS Menus in the Editor on MacOS.
