Game object's Static flag is disabled after loading the scene with Streaming asset
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "BugStatic.zip";
2. Run the LoadScene.unity scene;
3. Observe that the Cube still has Static flag enabled;
4. Run the LoadStreamingAssets.unity scene;
5. Observe that the Cube's Static flag is disabled.
Expected results: the gameObject has to keep it's static flag if it's enabled when the scene is loaded with Streaming assets.
Actual results: the gameObject looses it's static flag when using Streaming assets.
Reproduced on: 5.6.0b1, 5.6.2p4, 2017.1.0f3, 2017.2.0b5, 2017.3.0a2
