Game Object Doesn't Animate properly in Timeline when animation Key is applied
After adding an extra animation track to override a character's placement in Timeline, the timeline no longer scrubs correctly.

By Design/Or won't fix.
The problem is there are two independent animation tracks be applied. Having them in different timeline means their order is undefined. The preferred way of doing this is added an override track to the timeline that is presently animating the dog.
This is a valid workflow, but difficult to support without adding a priority feature to the animation tracks.
