Function assigned to Game Event is not shown when it has several parameters
Repro steps:
1. Open the attached project in the "case-1191712-1.zip"
2. Open Assets > Scenes > SampleScene
3. Click on the Test Game Object in the Hierarchy tab
4. In the Inspector tab, find the Action () area under Game Event
Expected results: Assigned function Test.MethodTest and its parameters are shown ("case-1191712-shown.png")
Actual results: Assigned function Test.MethodTest and its parameters are missing ("case-1191712-missing.png")
Reproducible with: 2018.4.9f1, 2018.4.13f1, 2019.2.5f1, 2019.2.13f1, 2019.3.0a12, 2019.3.0b11, 2020.1.0a1, 2020.1.0a13
