Full screen non native resolution setting in Windows builds creates a cropped window
When you create a build in Windows and you set the resolution to a different setting that the native resolution of the monitor having it set to full screen the application opens in a cropped window that starts at top left corner of the screen and extends as much as the set resolution.
1. Create a new project and save the empty scene.
2. Build the project for Windows.
3. Run the build and choose a resolution different thatn the one of the monitor. In smaller resolutions is much more clear. Set the application to be fullscreen.
4. Observe that the application doesn't render correctly and it is not full screen.
