Full-rect sprite packed in Sprite Atlas gives (0,0,0,0) textureRect when Tight Packing is on
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "Bugs.zip" project and scene "New Scene"
2. Enter play mode
3. Observe the play mode window
4. Exit play mode
5. Select "Sprite Atlas", turn "Tight Packing" off, and press "Pack Preview"
6. Enter play mode
7. Observe play mode window
Expected result: Both times shapes can be seen in the Play Mode window
Actual result: When Tight Packing is on, shapes are not visible
Reproducible with: 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.16f1, 2021.1.17f1, 2021.2.0b7, 2022.1.0a5
