[Frame Debugger] Not overlapped UI may break UI batches
How to reproduce:
1. Download attached project
2. Run the "Test" scene
3. Open Frame Debugger (Window -> Frame Debugger)
4. Try to overlay "Image1" with "Image21"
Expected result: Canvas.RenderOverlaps suppose to show 3 of Draw Mesh while "Image21" overlaps "Image1", but not overlaps "Image22"
Actual result: Canvas.RenderOverlaps shows 4 of Draw Mesh (Check attached gif "ActualResult.gif")
Reproduce with: 5,5,2f1, 5.6.2p2, 2017.1.0f3, 2017.2.0b3
