"FormatException: The input is not a valid Base-64 string" is thrown when setting EditorUserBuildSettings.windowsDevicePortalUsername
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "WSASettingsIssue.zip"
2. Click Debug>Set Device portal username
3. Open File>Build Settings...
Expected results: No errors are thrown in the Console window
Actual results: "FormatException: The input is not a valid Base-64 string as it contains a non-base 64 character, more than two padding characters, or an illegal character among the padding characters." is thrown
Reproducible with: 2021.3.33f1, 2022.3.15f1, 2023.2.4f1, 2023.3.0a19
Reproducible on: Windows 11 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
