Forcing crash with ForcedCrashCategory.FatalError throws Crash popup multiple times
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Add Crasher.cs to the project
3. Add Crasher.cs component to any object in the scene
4. Enter Play Mode
5. Observe
Expected result: Crash popup prompted once
Actual result: Crash popup prompted twice
Reproducible with: 2019.4.33f1, 2020.3.27f1, 2021.2.8f1, 2022.1.0b4
