Font materials are leaked when TMP Text GameObject has Removed characters and is a child of a GamObject with a Mask Component
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "SampleScene" in attached "TMP_Test.zip" project
2. Make sure that "TextMeshPro Text" is a child of a "Viewport" or "Content" GameObjects
3. Press Play
4. Deactivate and Reactivate "Scroll View" GameObject several times
5. Check Memory Profiler Material Count graph
Expected Behavior: Material count does not change
Actual Behavior: Materials are leaked
Reproducible with: 2017.4.19f1, 2018.3.3f1, 2019.1.0a14, 2019.2.0a2
Note: The "TextMeshPro Text" has a character (#) which is removed in the attached font while the "TMP SubMeshUI" font has the removed character
