Flickering occurs in Reflection Probes when when Probe Blending is enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "ReflectionProbeGlitchBug.zip" project
2. Open the "SampleScene"
3. In scene view, try closing in and out on the Sphere GameObject, rotating around it
4. Observe the Sphere
Expected results: Reflection on the Sphere doesn't flicker
Actual results: Reflection on the Sphere flickers, instantly changing in appearance
Reproducible with: 6000.0.61f1, 6000.0.62f1
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.60f1 (61dfb374e36f), 6000.2.12f1, 6000.3.0b9, 6000.4.0a4, 6000.5.0a1
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Note: Changing the Editor layout to Default in the attached project makes the issue not reproducible
