[First Person] "Unknown error occurred while loading" error is thrown when creating a project using First Person Template
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project using First Person template
2. When the project loads, observe the Console window
Expected results: No errors are thrown in the Console
Actual results: Error is thrown in the Console: "Unknown error occurred while loading 'Assets/Scenes/Playground/LightingData.asset'."
Reproducible with: 2020.3.48f1, 2021.3.26f1, 2021.3.34f1
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.47f1
Reproduced on: Windows 10, Ubuntu 20.04
