First On Click event isn't triggered after switching current Action Map and then switching back
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("Test_22.1.0a15.zip")
2. Open the "Main" Scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Click the button and wait for Debug to log "switching action map back to UI"
5. Click the button two times
Expected result: The sound plays after the first click in step 4
Actual result: The sound doesn't play after the first click but plays after the second one
Reproducible with: 1.1.1 (2019.4.32f1, 2021.2.2f1), 1.2.0 (2019.4.32f1, 2020.3.22f1, 2021.1.28f1, 2021.2.2f1, 2022.1.0a15)
Not reproducible with: 1.0.2 (2019.4.32f1)
