FFMPEG Encoder stops working if there is any FPS hiccup
Surfaced by a user in this [forum post|https://forum.unity.com/threads/recorder-ffmpeg-encoder-will-stop-working-if-there-is-any-kind-of-fps-hiccup-rendering-it-dead.1394821/]
Reproduction Steps:
- Set up a movie recorder with an ffmpeg encoder
- Start the recording
- Notice the speed at which the recorder writes frames
- Press pause in the game view for about a second, then play
- Notice that the recorder is now super slow

Latest issues
- Reference to a deleted GameObject becomes "None" instead of "Missing" when the GameObject is restored with undo after entering and exiting Play Mode
