imported SkinnedMeshed get broken when default scale value is zero
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Select "cc_Mother of Dragon.FBX" model
3. Be sure that its Animation Type is set to Legacy under Rig tab so you could preview animation
4. Open Animation tab and preview animation
5. Observe that dragon animation and dragon itself is broken
6. Expand "cc_Mother of Dragon.FBX" and select "drogon1"
7. Notice that after import its scale is 1e-12
