FBX Importer preset's Inspector doesn't allow modification of animation settings
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "1614487 Model presets inspector doesn't allow access to animation settings"
2. Select FBXImporter.preset in the Project window
3. Go to the Animation tab in the Inspector window
Expected result: The preset allows to modify default Animation settings
Actual result: There is a "No animation data available in this model." message
Note: This issue causes workflow issues because a generic FBX preset cannot be created, and presets created with animation settings cannot be edited

Resolution Note:
The Animation panel is not supported in Presets at the moment.
It is required to rework how animation data are displayed and made accessible in the UI, which implies changes outside of the scope of a bug fix.
