False "Unrecognized identifier 'TEXTURE2D_X' " error with custom shader
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project "Texture2D.zip" and scene "SampleScene"
2. In Scene View, observe "Sphere" GameObject (renders properly)
3. In Project window, open Assets > Shaders > Texture2DX
4. In Texture2DX Shadergraph window, observe Custom Function
Expected result: No error
Actual result: "Unrecognized identifier 'TEXTURE2D_X' " error
Reproducible with: 2019.4.3f1 (URP 7.3.1, 7.4.1), 2020.1.0b15, 2020.2.0a17 (URP 8.1.0, 9.0.0-preview.35)
Could not test with: 2018.4.24f1 (URP package unavailable)
Note: Issue reproduces with HDRP

Resolution Note:
The functionality for "TEXTURE2D_X" is only introduced in custom Post Processes for the High Definition RP package, and not the Universal RP package.
