Falling Rigidbody causes particles to faster when 'Emitter Velocity' is 'Transform' and 'Inherit Velocity' is enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "Bug Reporting.zip" and scene "SampleScene"
2. Enter Play mode
3. Observe "Rigidbody Transform" gameobjects
Expected result: the particles do not get out of the screen
Actual result: the particles go so fast that they go out of the screen
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0a23, 2020.1.0b13, 2020.2.0a15
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.23f1, 2019.4.1f1, 2020.1.0a22

Resolution Note:
This behaviour is by design. It is the reason we have 2 Emitter velocity modes.
We will add support for overriding the velocity in the future so users can have further control.
