Failed to resolve UnityEditor.GenericMenu:CatchMenu when building Addressables
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. In Window -> Asset Management -> Addressables -> Groups
3. Select Build -> New Build -> Default Build Script
4. Observe the Console window
Expected result: Addressable content is successfully built
Actual result: Error is thrown: Field 'System.Collections.Generic.List`1<TValue> AltShift.Collections.SerializableDictionary`2::serializedValues' from 'C:\Users\Ponas\Documents\All_cases\Addressables_Regression\Addressables_Regression-2021.3.2f1\Library\ScriptAssemblies\Assembly-CSharp.dll', exception Failed to resolve T UnityEditor.GenericMenu:CatchMenu (object,string[],int)
Reproducible with: 2021.2.18f1, 2021.2.19f1, 2021.3.3f1, 2022.2.0a3, 2022.2.0a8, 2022.2.0a14
Not reproducible with: 2021.2.17f1, 2021.3.4f1, 2022.1.8f1, 2022.2.0a2, 2022.2.0a4, 2022.2.0a7, 2022.2.0a9, 2022.2.0a13, 2022.2.0a15, 2022.2.0b3, 2023.1.0a2
Could not test with: 2020.3.36f1 (Package errors)
Reproduced on: Windows 10 (2004)
