"Failed to resolve" exception thrown when opening a specific project with a custom JsonConverter
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "IN-128440_Repro" project and observe the console
Actual result: A "Processing assembly Library/Bee/artifacts/.../Assembly-CSharp.dll, with 140 defines and 314 references ... Failed to resolve System.Text.Json.Serialization.JsonConverter`1<UnityEngine.Color32>" error is thrown
Expected result: No errors are thrown
Reproducible with: 6000.5.0a2, 6000.5.0a6
Couldn't test with: 6000.0.66f2, 6000.3.6f1, 6000.4.0b6, 6000.5.0a1 (System.Text.Json is unavailable before 6000.5.0a2)
Reproducible on: Windows 11 (User and CQA)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
