External Script Editor Visual Studio options display text with formatting as plain text
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a new Unity project
2. Go to Edit -> Preferences -> External Tools
3. In the External Script Editor field, select Visual Studio Community 2022
4. Observe text just below the External Script Editor field
Expected result: "Visual Studio Editor v<X> enabled"
Actual result: "<color=grey>Visual Studio Editor v<X> enabled"
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a20
Could not reproduce with: 2020.3.42f1, 2021.3.14f1, 2022.1.23f1, 2022.2.0b16, 2023.1.0a19
Reproducible on: Windows 10
