Exception is thrown when trying to parse the "data" field with Notifications Package 1.0.3-preview.6
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Build for iOS and deploy the Xcode project to the iOS device
3. Initialize the system by clicking the buttons "InitLocalAndRemote Notifications"
4. Click "Log DeviceToken" (this will log on XCode the token used for sending the notifications
5. try to send a notification with the following payload:

Actual: Exception is thrown when trying to parse the "data" field
Reproducible with: 2018.4.6f1, 2019.1.14f1, 2019.2.1f1, 2019.3.0a12
Note: Could not test on 2017.4 because the package was introduced in 2018.3
