Exceedingly long wait when importing large audio file
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create and open a new project
2. Drag and drop the “Large audio file” into the assets folder inside of the Project window
3. Observe the Unity editor
Expected result: Audio imported in a reasonable amount of time (<10 seconds)
Actual result: Audio import takes exceedingly long time (>5 minutes)
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a1, 6000.0.60f1 (f02d6f9f9009), 6000.2.8f1 (e4064264ae96), 6000.3.0b6 (342471dcaf1d), 6000.4.0a2 (417aa67423b3)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Notes:
- Tested and reproducible with mp3 and wav files, not reproducible with mp4 files
- 500 MB, 10 hour audio file takes >5 minutes (did not wait until imported)
