[Events] OnPlay and OnStop events affect all spawners within a system
Repro steps:
1. Drag the attached VFX to a scene
2. Open the effect and press the Stop event.
3. Observe how all particles are stopping
4. Press the play event
5. Observe how all particles are playing
Expected outcome:
- The events to only affect the system they are plugged in to (i.e. the first (green) system)
