Event.mousePosition returns incorrect mouse position when using OnGUI() in a custom Editor window
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached 'Bug Report IMGUI.zip' project
2. In the Editor select 'BUG REPORT' > 'Bug Test Window'
3. Drag the cursor to the 'Bug Test Window' window and press CTRL + C keys
4. Observe the Console window
Expected result: actual mouse position (in the 'Bug Test Window' window) is printed
Actual result: mouse position has no impact on the printed message
Reproducible with: 2017.4.32f1, 2018.4.8f1, 2019.2.4f1, 2019.3.0b2, 2020.1.0a3
Note: the printed message returns one of the following values: (0.0, -19.0), (-1.0, -19.0), (0.0, -21.0) and similar, depending on where the custom window is located in the Edtor
