Event.current.delta.y of EventType.MouseDrag has contradicting data
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download attached project
2. Build and run it on WP8 or WP8.1 device
3. Swipe screen vertically
4. Check log for details - each Update will report delta.y and negated delta.y. Cross compare with Editor log
Why it is not going to be fixed: This has never worked for WP8 - it is implemented just for mouse support, and thus assumes there's always a mouse position available.
