Errors in UnityEditor.EditorGUIUtility.get_currentViewWidth when Particle System Inspector expands enough to require a scrollbar
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "ParticleSystemShapeUI.zip" and scene "SampleScene"
2. Select "ParticleSystem (no particles)" in the Hierarchy
3. Expand as many Particle System sections as necessary e.g. "Emission", "Shape" etc. to force the scrollbar to appear in the Inspector Window
4. Observe the console window
Expected result: no error messages in the console window
Actual result: two identical NullReferenceException messages get printed to the Console Window
Reproducible with: 2019.2.0a10
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.241f, 2018.3.11f, 2019.1.0b9, 2019.2.0a6
Note: the full error message is
"NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object
UnityEditor.EditorGUIUtility.get_currentViewWidth () (at <34ccf513c7df4dfcb2ed84f1a3ff5a43>:0)"
