Errors are thrown when compiling scripts with Microsoft.Extensions.Options 10.0.0+ assemblies
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "IN-145965" project
2. In the Project window, navigate to "Assets/src"
3. Right-click on "NewEmptyCSharpScript" and select "Reimport"
4. Observe the Console window
Actual result: The Console window displays an error (see internal notes)
Expected result: The Console window does not display any errors related to CS1705
Reproducible with: 6000.0.0f1, 6000.0.78f1, 6000.3.16f1, 6000.5.1f1, 6000.6.0b1, 6000.7.0a1
Not reproducible with: 6000.3.18f1
Fixed in: 6000.3.17f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11 x64
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
