Errors are thrown and the recording file is not created when Japanese characters are included in the Output File Path
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Open the Recorder Window (Window > General > Recorder > Recorder Window)
3. Add the new recorder movie (Add Recorder > Movie)
4. Select the FHD for the Output Resolution
5. Add Japanese characters to Output File > Path (e.g. テスト)
6. Press START RECORDING
7. Press STOP RECORDING
8. Observe the Console window
Expected result: No errors are thrown and the recording file is created
Actual result: Errors are thrown and the recording file is not created
Reproducible with: 4.0.3 (2022.3.64f1), 5.1.2 (6000.0.51f1, 6000.1.7f1, 6000.2.0b4)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Errors:
- Unable to read MP4 file from path <path>
- Invalid MP4 file <path>, cannot produce a file with zeroed timestamps.
- WindowsVideoMedia error 0x8000ffff while reading <path>
