Errors appear in a new project when creating it with Universal 3D URP template
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Universal 3D URP project
2. Observe the Console
Actual result: There are multiple Package Cache errors preventing workflow
Expected result: The project is created with no errors
Reproducible in: 6000.0.b12, 6000.0.54f1
Not reproducible in: 6000.0.b11 (d93a9ecb7e85), 6000.0.65f1, 6000.3.3f1, 6000.4.0b3, 6000.5.0a4
Fixed in: 6000.0.55f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Notes:
- After creating a project, you can’t clear the errors or enter the Play mode
- Errors originate from PackageCache\com.unity.collab-proxy
