Error spam when two Base Cameras have different Viewport Rect width and height values
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Enable "Camera Repro" in the Hierarchy window
3. Move the mouse around the Editor, resize the Game window
Expected result: No errors in the Console window
Actual result: An error is spammed:
Dimensions of color surface does not match dimensions of depth surface
UnityEngine.GUIUtility:ProcessEvent (int,intptr,bool&)
Reproducible with: 13.1.2 (2022.2.0a2), 13.1.5 (2022.1.0b9)
Not reproducible with: 12.1.6 (2021.2.16f1), 13.1.1 (2022.1.0a16), 13.1.6 (2022.1.0b10), 13.1.7 (2022.1.0b12), 14.0.1 (2022.2.0a8)
Could not test with: 7.7.1 (2019.4.37f1), 10.8.1 (2020.3.31f1) (No Decal feature)
