An error is thrown when ReadOnlySpan<T> is used with .NET Standard 2.1
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user attached project "ReadOnlySpanTest.zip"
2. Observe the Console
Expected result: There is no error
Actual result: There is the "ReadOnlySpan<T>.this[int].get' is not supported by the language" error
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0b6, 2021.2.0b9, 2022.1.0a5
Could not test with: 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.17f1, 2021.1.18f1, 2021.2.0b5 (.NET Standard 2.1 is available from 2021.2.0b6)
