Erratic behavior while editing UI in prefab when Canvas "Render Mode" is set to "Screen Space - Camera" option
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Open the “Scenes/UIEnvironment” Scene
3. Select the “Canvas” GameObject in the Hierarchy window
4. Make sure “Render Mode” is set to “Screen Space - Camera” under the “Canvas” component in the Inspector window
5. Open the “UI_Prefab” Prefab in Prefab Mode
6. Select any GameObject in the Hierarchy window
7. Try moving it around in the Scene View
Expected result: The selected GameObject follows the mouse movements accurately
