[Environment] Water reflections are incorrect (displaced) in WebGL
How to reproduce:
1. Open project (from the Cloud)
2. Open scene Draft.unity
3. Play scene
- Note how nothing seems out of the ordinary in the Game View
4. Build scene to WebGL and run it
- Notice how the reflections appear to be slightly offset in the water

I think we all should correct it again. If the reflection is not correct it should be corrected so that we can proceed. Thank you for mentioning the procedure to reproduce it.
